If we are unable to repair the fault then there is no further charge. Parts are extra however we do not charge for collecting these if they have to be ordered. If you are experiencing problems with your boiler/ central heating then please contact us. You may not need a visit as we can talk you through some simple checks over the phone that may get you up and running without the need for a call out.
