We attend calls within 24 hours, and will always aim to have your boiler working by the time we leave. We aim to get to you on the same day when you phone before 1pm (We regret that during extremely busy periods or during extreme weather conditions this is not always possible).All our engineers carry van stock, but on the odd occasion that a part has to be ordered, we prioritise, to ensure that your system is up and running as quickly as possible.
For every year that your system is covered we carry out an annual service, firstly to ensure that your system is running safely, but also to ensure that any parts that are becoming worn that may impede the system are replaced.
Landlords receive the very same service as our private customers, but by allowing your tenants to contact us direct, system issues can be resolved without the need for you to attend the property. We also supply a Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate and annual service as part of the cover.
